    Our projects are primarily located in Dubai Islands, a prestigious waterfront destination, Dubai South, Dubai’s emerging future hub, and Motor City, one of the city’s most vibrant communities. Each location is carefully chosen to offer residents a unique blend of lifestyle, convenience, and investment potential.

    What types of properties do we offer?

    We offer a diverse range of residential properties to suit different lifestyles and preferences. Our portfolio includes 1- to 4-bedroom apartments, townhouses, duplexes, and penthouses — depending on the project.

    What is our payment or purchase plan like?

    Our payment plans are designed to be flexible and buyer-friendly. Typically, buyers pay 10% as a down payment, followed by 40% during construction, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion or handover.

    When is hand-over or completion expected?

    Completion timelines vary by project. For example, Shoaq is expected to be handed over around Q3 2027, while Silena by AVENEW Development is projected for Q2 2028. We always recommend contacting us directly for the latest updates on delivery timelines.
